The World Federation of Hungarians Stands by the Hungarian Guards: The Republic of Hungary is not a law-abiding state.
The non-appealable judgement which decreed the dissolution of the Hungarian Guards Association is in all probability politically motivated and thus it is a further evidence that the Republic of Hungary is not a law-abiding state.
As a matter of fact, in a State where the highest judicial body acts out of bounds of the law, it is not possible to speak of a law-abiding state. And yet in the Republic of Hungary the Constitutional Court, the decisions of which are non-appealable and are binding to all - from the President of the Republic to the man in the street - has been since the time it was instituted twenty years ago functioned in undisguised and open breaches of the law .
The Hungarian Guards came into existence as a consequence of the prevailing untenable conditions, it was brought to life by the citizens of Hungary who have been left high and dry for the security of their own and their fellow citizens and not as some particular form of participatory democracy. The Court which made its decision alluding to the perception of threat by the Roma community appears to ignore that while in the past years the number of murders committed by the Romas has assumed alarming proportions, the Hungarian Guard did not lift hand on this minority.
The World Federation of Hungarians take stand for the defence of integrity and impartiality and therefore for the Hungarian Guard.

Kiáll a Gárda mellett az MVSZ: "A Magyar Köztársaság nem jogállam!"
A Magyar Gárda Egyesület feloszlatását a mai napon jogerősen kimondó bírói ítélet minden bizonnyal politikai indíttatású, és ekképp újabb bizonyítéka annak, hogy a Magyar Köztársaság nem jogállam.
Egy olyan államban, amelyben a legfőbb bírói testület törvénytelenül működik, abban jogállamról eleve nem lehet szó. Márpedig a Magyar Köztársaságban az Alkotmánybíróság, amelynek határozatai megfellebbezhetetlenek és mindenkire – a köztársasági elnöktől az állampolgárig – kötelezőek, alapítása óta, azaz húsz éve folyamatosan, nyílt és nyilvános törvényszegéssel működik.
A Magyar Gárdát a Magyarországon tarthatatlanná vált viszonyok hívták életre: az államhatalom által cserbenhagyott magyar állampolgárok saját maguk és embertársaik biztonsága érdekében hozták azt létre, nem az önbíráskodás, hanem a részvételi demokrácia sajátos formájaként.
A bíróság, amely a cigány kisebbség fenyegetettség-érzetére hivatkozva hozta meg döntését, megfeledkezni látszik arról, hogy míg az elmúlt években a cigányok által elkövetett gyilkosságok száma riasztó méreteket öltött, a Magyar Gárda kezet sem emelt e kisebbség tagjaira.
A Magyarok Világszövetsége kiáll az igazság, a tisztesség és a méltányosság mellett, tehát kiáll a Magyar Gárda mellett.
