A 2013. április 14-i hírlevelemben tudattam az olvasóimmal, hogy 2013. január 21-én a Miniszterelnöki Hivatalt vezető államtitkár és ügyvédje engem feljelentettek a Szegedi Törvényszéknek holokauszt-tagadás bűntette miatt. A feljelentők szerint a bűntettet Roger Garaudy: Az izraeli politikát megalapozó mítoszok (Les Mythes fondateurs de la politique israélienne) című könyve kapcsán követtem el olyan időszakban, amikor még törvény nem tiltotta és nem büntette a holokauszt-tagadást Magyarországon. 2013. január 24-én én jelentettem fel az államtitkárt és ügyvédjét a Szegedi Városi Ügyészségnek hamis vád bűntettének alapos gyanúja miatt. Azóta több ügyészség elutasította a feljelentésemet, mondván, hogy a cselekmény nem bűncselekmény, mert az államtitkár aláírása nem szerepel az okiraton, amellyel 2013. január 21-én ők engem feljelentettek. Azonban 2013. június 7-én a Csongrád Megyei Főügyészség hozott egy határozatot, megállapítva, hogy az államtitkár aláírása mégis szerepel a 2013. január 21-én holokauszt tagadásáért ellenem tett feljelentésük I. számú példányán, amelyet a Szegedi Törvényszéknek nyújtottak be. A Csongrád Megyei Főügyészség áttette az iratokat érdemi döntés meghozatala végett a Központi Nyomozó Főügyészségnek. Lentebb küldöm Önnek a linket, amely tartalmazza a Csongrád Megyei Főügyészség határozatát. A feljelentők – az államtitkár és ügyvédje – egy mondatban összefoglalják mondandójuk lényegét, amelyet kizárólag csak úgy lehet érteni, hogy elkövettem a holokauszt-tagadás bűntettét. Ez a mondat így hangzik: „A felperes [Mónus Áron] ezzel az 1978. évi IV. törvény 269/C. §-foglalt, A nemzeti szocialista és kommunista rendszerek bűneinek nyilvános tagadása bűntett törvényi tényállását valósítja meg".
(Par ma lettre circulaire du 14 avril 2013 j'ai fait savoir à mes lecteurs que le 21 janvier 2013 le secrétaire d'Etat dirigeant l'Office du Premier Ministre et son avocat m'ont dénoncé au Tribunal de Szeged d'avoir commis le crime de négation de l'holocauste. Selon les dénonciateurs j'ai commis le crime en relation avec le livre de Roger Garaudy intitulé Les Mythes fondateurs de la politique israélienne à une époque quand aucune loi n'interdisait et ne punissait encore la négation de l'holocauste en Hongrie. Le 24 janvier 2013 c'est moi qui ai porté plainte contre le secrétaire d'Etat et son avocat au Parquet de Szeged pour soupçon fondé du crime de dénonciation calomnieuse. Depuis lors plusieurs parquets ont rejeté ma plainte disant que le fait ne constituait pas une infraction pénale parce que la signature du secrétaire d'Etat ne figurait pas sur l'acte par lequel eux, le secrétaire d'Etat et son avocat, m'ont dénoncé le 21 janvier 2013. Cependant le Parquet Général du Comitat de Csongrad a pris une décision le 7 juin 2013 constatant que la signature du secrétaire d'Etat figure tout de même sur la page n° I de l'acte par lequel ils m'avaient dénoncé le 21 janvier 2013 au Tribunal de Szeged d'avoir commis le crime de négation de l'holocauste. Le Parquet Général du Comitat de Csongrad a transmis les documents au Parquet Général Central d'Investigation pour prendre une décision au fond. Je vous communique ci-dessous le lien contenant la décision du Parquet Général du Comitat de Csongrad. Les dénonciateurs – le secrétaire d'Etat et son avocat – résument par une phrase la substance de ce qu'ils ont à dire, que l'on peut comprendre exclusivement une seule façon, c'est-à-dire que j'ai commis le crime de négation de l'holocauste. Cette phrase est la suivante: „Par ceci le demandeur [Aron Monus] matérialise les faits constitutifs du crime de négation publique des crimes commis par les régimes national-socialiste et communiste prévu et réprimé par la loi n◦ IV, § 269/C, de 1978.")
(By my circular letter of the 14th of April 2013 I have informed my readers of the fact that the 21st of January 2013 the secretary of State directing the Prime Minister's Office and his lawyer have denounced me to the Court of Justice of Szeged as guilty of the crime of denying the holocaust. According to the denunciators I have committed the crime in connection with the book of Roger Garaudy entitled The Founding Myths of Modern Israel (Les Mythes fondateurs de la politique israélienne) at a time when no law forbade yet and no law punished yet the negation of the holocaust in Hungary. The 24th of January 2013 I have denounced to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Szeged the secretary of State and his lawyer for suspicion of being guilty of the crime of false accusation. Since then several Public Prosecutor's Offices have rejected my denounciation saying that the fact is not a crime because the secretary of State has not put his signature on the document by which they have denounced me the 21st of January 2013. Nevertheless the 7th of June 2013 the Public Prosecutor's General Office of the County of Csongrad has taken a decision establishing that the signature of the secretary of State figures all the same on the page n° I of the document by which the 21st of January 2013 they have denounced me for negation of the holocaust which denonciation they have presented to the Court of Justice of Szeged. The Public Prosecutor's General Office of the County of Csongrad has transferred the documents for definitive decision to the Central Office of Investigation of Public Prosecution. I send you below the link which contains the decision of the Public Prosecutor's General Office of the County of Csongrad. The denonciators – the secretary of State and his lawyer – summarize in one sentence the substance of what they have to say and can be understood exclusively in one way, that is I have committed the crime of denying the holocaust. That sentence is the following: „By this the claimant [Aron Monus] accomplishes the statement of facts in terms of the IVth law of 1978, 269/C §, that is the statement of facts of the crime of public negation of the crimes of the national-socialist and communist regimes".)
